Were seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement to take on a pivotal role in shaping our companys benefits strategy, integrating People, Finance, and Procurement functions. This position involves designing and executing competitive benefits programs, including executive and equity plans, while also leading procurement efforts to optimize spending and enhance the employee experience. Your work will directly influence talent attraction and retention by balancing financial discipline, market competitiveness, and employee needs.


How you will achieve success:
  • Lead endtoend procurement and contract negotiations: Drive cost savings and service improvements by managing vendor sourcing, RFP development, and contract finalization while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Strategically manage benefits programs: Partner with HR and Finance to lead benefits renewals, negotiate with providers, and identify innovative, costeffective enhancements that support employee wellbeing.
  • Oversee equity modeling and compliance: Develop and maintain dynamic equity models to forecast dilution, support executive compensation, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Drive crossfunctional cost mitigation: Proactively identify and lead initiatives to optimize SG&A spend, consolidate vendors, and implement scalable procurement processes across departments.
  • Establish robust financial and vendor oversight: Create and track costmitigation KPIs, deliver reporting on savings, and develop centralized visibility into contract spend to surface risks and opportunities.

  • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 8+ years of experience in benefits, or procurement in a financeforward environment.
  • Financial modeling expertise with advanced Excel; SQL and BI tool experience a strong plus.
  • Experience preparing executivefacing decision materials and managing sensitive information
  • Demonstrated success in leading costsaving procurement projects and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent crossfunctional communicator, able to influence across Finance, HR, Legal, and Tech.
  • Highly analytical with a pragmatic mindset—capable of simplifying complex concepts into scalable frameworks.
  • A bias for action, detail orientation, and an ability to thrive in a highgrowth, evolving environment.
