About the Role 🤔
Were on the lookout for our next Inside Sales Representative who will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing outstanding support to Quad Lock’s B2B customers who are not directly accountmanaged. This role is responsible for handling inbound B2B enquiries, providing pre and postsales customer support to retail customers, and assisting with order support as required.

In this role, youll work closely with our internal sales team and external field sales representatives, including independent reps and distributoraffiliated reps, to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the growth of our independent retail network. Additionally, this role will provide support for Commercial and Fleet customer orders and enquiries, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience and assisting with account management where necessary.

This role will report to our Sales Director (Americas) and is remotely based in the US, requiring candidates to have full working rights within the United States.

What Youll Do 🤝
Customer Support & Sales Growth
• Manage inbound B2B enquiries from retail partners, resellers, distributors, and CommercialFleet customers.
• Provide email and phone support to Quad Lock’s B2B customers across North America.
• Deliver presales support including product selection, ranging advice, and order guidance.
• Support with postsales queries related to invoicing, warranty claims, returns, and general customer service issues.
• Review and approve new reseller applications and onboard new B2B partners to ensure longterm success.
• Support external field sales representatives (independent and distributoraffiliated reps) by providing customer insights, order assistance, and sales tools to enhance customer engagement.

B2B Portal & Order Management
• Leverage the Quad Lock B2B Portal to efficiently reach and support customers at scale.
• Guide customers on how to navigate and maximize the use of the B2B Portal for seamless ordering and account management.
• Assist in processing orders as required, ensuring accuracy and a smooth customer experience.
• Provide order support for Commercial and Fleet customers, assisting with bulk purchases and special account management needs.
• Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and maintained within NetSuite, Shopify, and Monday.com.

Sales Development & Collaboration
• Identify opportunities to grow sales across independent retailers and CommercialFleet customers by driving initiatives to expand product penetration.
• Work closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and sales outcomes.
• Provide insights and feedback to support ongoing product development and customer experience improvements.

What Youll Bring 🎯
  • Prior experience in a Customer Support, Sales Representative, or Inside Sales role, preferably within retail, distribution, or B2B sales.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse customer base.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and solutionoriented mindset with strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, ensuring efficient followup and customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment while staying connected and engaged with a global team.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard business hours (e.g. to engage with Australian Head Office) and travel as required to drive success in the North American market.

  • Experience working in an omnichannel sales environment, including online and instore retail operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, order management software, and sales support tools, including Microsoft OfficeGoogle Workspace, NetSuite, Shopify, and Monday.com.
  • Previous experience in industries such as Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, Action Sports, or Automotive .
  • Understanding of Quad Lock products, categories, and applications (or ability to learn quickly).
