Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Overview:
      
      We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Project Coordinator to support land development operations for renewable energy infrastructure projects across the U.S. In this role, you will assist in managing procurement, tracking project milestones, and coordinating communications with vendors and internal stakeholders.
      This position is ideal for someone with a background in project coordination, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure, with a passion for contributing to clean energy growth. You will report directly to the Operations Analyst and play an essential role in keeping project workflows on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution and coordination of energy-related land development projects
  • Manage communications with vendors, suppliers, and third-party partners
  • Handle procurement activities, including sourcing materials/services and processing vendor orders
  • Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain organized documentation related to procurement, vendors, and project progress
  • Collaborate with the project lead to identify workflow improvements and support evolving project needs
  • Ensure clear, timely communication across all internal and external teams
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in project coordination, procurement, or vendor management (experience in the construction or energy sector is a plus)
  • Background in construction or engineering is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and vendors simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management tools or systems is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
