In this entry level role, you’ll bring your enthusiasm for customer service to a range of administrative tasks. If you’re excited about making a difference and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency
  • Manage multiple responsibilities by effectively prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements by liaising with internal members and external service providers.
  • Utilise a range of computer systems and software tools to complete daily administrative and operational tasks.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong communication skills to understand and assist customers.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to self manage tasks.
  • Eager to learn and support a team in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or an administration role is helpful but not required.
