The Team:

The Enablement team is a central function within Jobbers Customer Success organization, supporting the growth and performance of Customer Onboarding, Product Support, and Sales Expansion. As a Center of Excellence, Enablement owns the programs, tools, and frameworks that drive operational excellence and skill development in these areas. We work crossfunctionally to ensure that every team member—regardless of channel or customer type—has the knowledge, confidence, and support to deliver value.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director, Enablement & QA, the Success Enablement Manager will help provide our Success Expansion teams with the information, content, and tools they need to operate more effectively.

One of your core responsibilities will be to partner with our frontline sales manager group and assist them in achieving key KPI’s. You’ll become a critical member of the enablement team by creating and managing sales content, help with the facilitation of materials and courses, and assist in the ongoing training and development of our worldclass sales team.
