Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) helps provide stability and security for vulnerable Albertans, including seniors, people with disabilities, lowincome individuals and those facing homelessness, while also providing opportunities to foster independence and quality of life. Role Responsibilities

The Strategic Projects & Engagement Coordination (SPEC) units purpose is to strengthen the capacity within the branch of Common Service Delivery (CSD) to plan, develop and implement priority onboarding and strategic initiatives. Part of the Employment & Financial Services (EFS) Portfolio, the SPEC unit brings strong project development and management to CSD. This strengthens the branch’s capacity to successfully manage and execute projects that drive efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and promote innovation in service delivery.

Reporting to the SPEC Supervisor, the Project Coordinator leads the design, management, and evaluation of major projects and crossministry initiatives.
