We’re searching for a detail-obsessed, self-starting Project Coordinator based in the Philippines. You’ll steer end-to-end delivery for flagship accounts at home, then broaden into regional projects as you grow.
Own project delivery – plan, track, and keep multi-workstream projects on schedule for Philippine customers.
Be the bridge – act as the day-to-day liaison among clients and internal engineering, data, and product teams.
Keep everyone aligned – run cadence meetings, log decisions, surface risks, and escalate blockers early.
Champion onboarding – guide new clients through kickoff, training, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement – spot workflow gaps and roll out scalable fixes as the business expands.
Expand regionally – support projects across APAC once you’ve mastered local delivery.
Residency in the Philippines and readiness for domestic travel when required.
4+ years in project coordination, client success, or operations—ideally in tech, SaaS, or consulting.
Polished verbal and written communication; comfortable with senior-level stakeholders.
Impeccable organization and multitasking skills.
Fluency with modern collaboration tools (Google Sheets, Slack, Jira, etc.).
A proactive mindset suited to a fast-moving, remote-first culture.
Flexibility to collaborate across time zones on occasion.
Background in retail, supply-chain, or analytics technology.
Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks.
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
