Minimum 8 years of experience in configuration and development of complex integration technologies., Proficiency in architecting system integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams., Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as REST/SOAP web services, middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, and SaaS platforms., Certifications including at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)..

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
  • Configure and deploy ServiceNow AI features like Virtual Agent, NLU, and Generative AI.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex integration and AI-related issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure integration solutions meet client requirements.

The Customer Excellence Group at ServiceNow works with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance. As part of the Customer Excellence Group, you will work with our customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction and ultimately help our customers grow their business on the ServiceNow platform by getting them to see the value of their ServiceNow investment.

The Role

The Principal Technical Consultant, Integrations Specialist is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team – consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on configuration best practices – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. Integrations consultants design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty software platforms, programs, and applications. They are expert problem solvers with extensive programming skills and abilities in multiple coding languages and frameworks. They also resolve errors, provide support, and develop procedures to navigate complex system overlaps. They will play a crucial role in delivering transformative integration architectures that support AI solutions on the platform.
