What You’ll Do

Hunt & Harvest Leads:
- Leverage your existing ERP contacts, attend key industry events, and forge new alliances to build a robust pipeline.
- Qualify opportunities swiftly with sharp discovery questions that uncover true pain points.
Forge Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and onboard consultants, integrators, and reseller partners who amplify our market reach.
- Cultivate win-win relationships that fuel consistent lead flow and co-selling opportunities.
Master Complex Deals:
- Own the full sales cycle: from crafting tailored proposals to negotiating terms and closing multi-stakeholder contracts.
- Use CRM best practices to track every touchpoint and sharpen your forecast accuracy.
Deliver Show-Stopping Demos:
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Consultants to script and deliver compelling demos that spotlight real‐world ROI and use-cases.
- Arm prospects with case studies, ROI calculators, and success stories that drive “yes” decisions.
Align with Operations:
- Sync with our Operations team to ensure solution designs match implementation capacity and timelines.
- Provide actionable feedback on market trends and customer requirements for continuous product improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Proven ERP Closer: 3+ years selling ERP or comparable enterprise technology, with a track record of consistently over-achieving quota.
Partnership-Driven: History building, managing, and activating high-value alliances that translate into sales.
Consultative Communicator: Exceptional at uncovering needs, presenting complex solutions, and negotiating win-wins.
Data & CRM Savvy: Fluent in Oracle NetSuite or equivalent—your pipeline is your playground.
