Technical Support Engineer – Developer-Focused Customer Success

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll work directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience using your skills in Python, SQL, and software development. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who loves both tech and people.

Role Overview:
