We’re looking for an Area Account Manager to join our International Sales Team in South Germany, reporting directly to our Europe Sales Director. If youre driven, organized, and ready to represent a brand that values craftsmanship, relationships, and creativity, we’d love to meet you.



🌟 What You’ll Do

As our Area Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for interior designers, architects, and trade professionals throughout Bavaria. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence, deepening client engagement, and ensuring an exceptional experience with the Phillip Jeffries brand. You will:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with design professionals across the region
  • Conduct regular inperson meetings and showroom visits to showcase new collections and support client projects
  • Identify and engage new design firms and studios to grow our client base
  • Share the Phillip Jeffries story and product offerings through social media and local events
  • Ensure clients have the tools and samples they need to bring their visions to life
  • Track project opportunities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless service
  • Represent the brand at regional design events, trade shows, and clienthosted gatherings
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership through weekly and monthly reporting
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the design community, including outreach to local design schools


    • 🎯 What We’re Looking For

      • 3+ years of experience in a clientfacing, targetdriven role—ideally within interior design, luxury furnishings, or a related industry
      • Fluency in both German and English is required
      • Must be based in Munich with the ability to travel throughout Bavaria
      • Proven ability to build trust and influence across a diverse client base
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Strong organizational habits and comfort working independently
      • Techsavvy with working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
      • A proactive mindset—you’re energized by connecting with new people and creating opportunities
      • Familiarity with the Bavarian design landscape and an existing network is a plus
