We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to drive strategic business development through appointment booking, customer followup, and sales pipeline management. This is a customerfacing role focused on converting leads into active customers, increasing account engagement, and supporting new product launches.
Strategically book appointments with both new and existing hospital clients
Follow up with new customers postinitial order to drive continued engagement
Conduct daily outbound calls to generate and maintain business relationships
Review customer yeartodate (YTD) spend and reengage lapsed clients
Schedule product launch meetings and coordinate sample presentations
Manage the lead pipeline from initial contact through to first order
Allocate time as follows: 70% followup with existing order customers, 30% new businesscold calling
Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a customerfacing role
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of leads and interactions
Confident in initiating contact and building rapport with medical professionals
Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
Experience in reviewing customer data and identifying sales opportunities
Selfmotivated with a strategic and proactive mindset
80β100 meaningful sales interactions per week
Conversion of leads to firsttime orders
Active pipeline and appointment tracking
Engagement rate of new customers postfirst order
