Role:Identity Protection SME  

Location: Sunbury, UK (The role is based in Sunbury one day per week, but we can be flexible with the working location if needed)

Type of Contract: 6 month Contract (inside IR35)

Mandatory skill :  

·        Azure Multi factor authentication, Azure conditional access policies, Azure network policy server, Azure self-service password reset. 

·        Enable organizations to configure automated processes for MFA exemption 

·        Azure Log analytics, Azure Logic Apps

·        Enable organizations to configure automated responses to detected suspicious actions related to user identities in Azure B2B solution.  

·        Provide technical recommendation on the existing challenges on Azure AD platform and associated Microsoft tools.  

·        Provide recommendations around the platform and collaborate with required squad teams  

·        Configure Role Association Type as per the defined policy  

·        Debug incidents related to user identity provisioning / de-provisioning  

·        Debug incidents related to user account reconciliation  

·        Debug issues related to Delegation of approvals and workflows  

·        Responsible to apply latest Hotfix / Patches   

·        Responsible to produce RCA for problem tickets related to user provisioning / de-provisioning, user account reconciliation, delegation of approvals and workflows  

·        Responsible for Knowledge Transfer from the incumbent  

·        Responsible for verifying the IDM specific configurations like rules, connectors, policies, and other prerequisites documented by project / pre-live team for production release  

·        Ensure the appropriate monitoring exists on IAM components and continually maintaining the uptime of the environment.  

·        Raise a support request with product vendor support team for possible product bug  

·        Subject Matter expert of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Identity Management and associated components.
