At Salsify, our Product team fosters an environment of growth, curiosity, collaboration, and deep empathy for our users and each other. We work to make informed decisions that allow Salsify to continue to be the leader in the PIM/PXM category by helping our customers win on the digital shelf.
As a Business Process Analyst (BPA) within the Ecosystem group, you will work closely and build an effective working relationship with the Product Manager (PM) and their Engineering team. Your role will involve assisting the Product Manager in a variety of project related tasks including but not limited to analyzing Voice of Customer entries, performing customer discovery, defining high level requirements and managing early access programs with Salsify customers . The BPA is expected to develop a strong working knowledge of areas of the platform relevant to their respective team. Beyond that, as the BPA develops that knowledge, they should productively share that knowledge with the broader team -- providing guidance when internal resources have technical questions, driving updates to documentation to reduce inbound requests relating to lack of understanding, etc. A successful BPA will be committed to define success metrics, and -- with support -- use that context to inform prioritization of objectives, how to approach escalations or blockers, and communication with cross-functional partners.
