AI Business Process Associate - Remote
 

At Bizycorp Pvt Ltd, we believe in transforming how work gets done. As a fast-growing organization driven by innovation and efficiency, we are looking for a Process Automations Engineer to join our team and take ownership of designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline business processes and improve productivity across departments.

What You'll Do
As an AI Business Process Associate, you will:

  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
    Design and develop automated processes using tools such as Zapier, Chatbot or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate process improvements.
  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain automation scripts and bots.
  • Monitor performance of automated systems and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Create clear documentation for all automation processes and technical solutions.
  • Train and support end-users on implemented automations.

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience in process automation, or workflow optimization

✅ Proficiency in tools like Zapier, Chatgpt or similar

✅ Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) is a plus

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

✅ 1+ years of experience in automation, operations, or process improvement roles
