As a Marketing Project Manager/ Senior Copywriter (m/f/d), you’ll collaborate with a creative, forward-thinking team, leveraging your expertise to deliver compelling messaging across multiple media channels. Your work will play a pivotal role in Project management and communicating our vision and driving the success of Pressmaster.ai.

Key responsibilities:
Foster team growth through mentoring, skill development, and creating a collaborative environment while delegating tasks effectively and providing constructive feedback to optimize team performance and content quality.
Create compelling, targeted copy for various platforms, including advertisements, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
Develop and implement content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining a consistent and distinctive brand voice.
Independently edit and proofread content to meet the highest quality standards, ensuring brand compliance and audience relevance.
Drive SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and ROI, managing both on-page and off-page optimization.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring all elements are aligned and on track.
Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.
Create and maintain detailed project timelines using agile methodologies to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and use insights to refine strategies and optimize content effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales, to align efforts and achieve business goals.
Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and propose creative solutions to enhance the app's features and user experience.
Demonstrate strong self-management skills by taking ownership of projects from conception to completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
