Our client is a US-based technology company that offers a platform to automate the review and verification of highly technical documentation. Their mission is to simplify workflows for their customers while minimizing risks in their projects.

As they expand their local presence in the Philippines, they are looking for a skilled, driven, and motivated Software Engineer to join their team and play a pivotal role in their growth.

As a Software Engineer, you will report directly to the Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions using the Django framework, handling backend tasks, and contributing to frontend development using React. Your role will also involve performing data migration, designing and updating databases, and refactoring existing code to improve performance and maintainability. You will work on existing projects while also implementing new functionalities based on project requirements.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
Strong hands-on experience with Django, RESTful API development, and data migration
Proficient in React and JavaScript for building dynamic user interfaces
Solid understanding of relational databases, including design and optimization
Experience in database migration and restructuring
Proficient in using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration

Nice-to-have:

Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines for automated development workflows
Background in document processing, compliance systems, or AI-driven workflows, particularly with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques

Required profile
