AU Music Quality Control Coordinator (WFH)

Background
  • PeoplePartners is hiring for one of our amazing clients in the music tech space! If you’re someone who catches a typo in album metadata from a mile away and gets a thrill from hitting daily accuracy goals—this is your backstage pass.
    • About the Role
      • You’ll be at the heart of the release process, making sure artists’ music is delivered to streaming platforms flawlessly.
      • Youll review, resolve, report, and repeat—with quality and care.
        • Your Key Responsibilities
          • Monitor and report team performance vs. daily KPIs
          • Review ~100120 music releasesday while keeping standards skyhigh
          • Resolve release errors and liaise with Artist Support
          • Apply style guides to metadata like a pro editor
          • Collaborate across teams (Royalties, Streaming Partnerships, etc.)
          • Flag suspicious uploads, fight streaming fraud
          • Keep team culture alive—even from your couch
