AU Music Quality Control Coordinator (WFH) | ZR_897_JOB

This is a remote position.

• PeoplePartners is hiring for one of our amazing clients in the music tech space! If you’re someone who catches a typo in album metadata from a mile away and gets a thrill from hitting daily accuracy goals—this is your backstage pass.
  

• You’ll be at the heart of the release process, making sure artists’ music is delivered to streaming platforms flawlessly.
  
• You'll review, resolve, report, and repeat—with quality and care.
  

• Monitor and report team performance vs. daily KPIs
  
• Review ~100-120 music releases/day while keeping standards sky-high
  
• Resolve release errors and liaise with Artist Support
  
• Apply style guides to metadata like a pro editor
  
• Collaborate across teams (Royalties, Streaming Partnerships, etc.)
  
• Flag suspicious uploads, fight streaming fraud
  
• Keep team culture alive—even from your couch
  

Requirements

• You’ve got a positive attitude and a serious love for music.
  
• You’re detail-obsessed and laser-focused.
  
• You can switch tasks fast and prioritize like a champ.
  
• You’ve mastered G Suite basics and can handle new systems.
  
• You thrive on helping others succeed.
  

• 0–6 months’ experience? No worries. We’ll train you up.
  
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in digital media or music distribution.

• Spotting and fixing release issues proactively.
  
• Supporting team performance, not just your own.
  

• Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
