About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive BDR/SDR to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with people, and has experience juggling inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels. You’ll be on the front line of our client engagement, fielding inquiries, making outbound dials, setting appointments, and ensuring every interaction leaves a great impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications via phone, email, SMS, and chat
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and follow-ups
- Qualify leads and book appointments for our sales team
- Transfer live calls and warm leads to closers or appropriate departments
- Maintain lead records, notes, and activity logs in GoHighLevel
- Deliver excellent customer service while driving lead conversion
- Assist with occasional light sales or upselling duties
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a phone-based customer-facing role (BDR, SDR, customer service, appointment setting, etc.)
- Strong communication skills—confident, clear, and personable on the phone
- Familiarity with CRM tools, especially GoHighLevel (required)
- Ability to multitask across communication platforms
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or agency setting
- Sales training or call scripting knowledge
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
