Your mission
Depending on your profile and preferences, you can focus on different main areas of responsibility:
- Consulting: You advise our customers on setting up and expanding Checkmk installations.
- Presales: You support the sales team when technical questions arise in the sales process or the customer wants a proof of concept.
- Training courses: You conduct training courses and workshops on Checkmk at our premises and occasionally at the customer’s site.
- Documentation & knowhow transfer: You support the knowledge team with knowhow and best practices from daily customer practice.
- Development: If you are able and willing, you will also support the development of check plugins.
- Technical support: You support customers in technical support via telephone, email and remote sessions
Your profile
- You have already gained broad experience in the use of Checkmk, ideally in different setups and environments
- Ideally you have experience as a system administrator or site reliability engineer
- You like to help experts and are communicative
- You like to educate yourself and stay up to date with the latest developments
- You speak German or English at least well, one of the two also fluently
- Ideally, you also like to travel – but this is not a “must”

We are the creators of Checkmk, a leading hybrid IT monitoring software for both cloudnative and traditional infrastructures and applications. Checkmk is available as an opensource and commercial edition. We are a strong team of software developers and DevOps, opensource enthusiasts and nerds who are passionate about helping small and large companies run their complex IT infrastructures reliably.
