Background:

With a team of experienced people from Uber Eats, Google, Amazon, Microsoft , and more, we're building digital tools that power foodservice wholesalers, helping them grow faster and do more with less -- and in the process transforming one of the largest, most fundamental industries in our society. We're tackling a gnarly $650 B industry that's still run off paper, and we've got the right timing and the right people to make it happen. Our financial backers are some of the most reputable venture capital firms in the NYC and SF Bay Area.
Role Details:
  • As a Distributor Operations Manager, you will help manage existing and new customer relationships to ensure successful project implementation, delivery and best-in-class support to clients.
  • Support customer growth: Lead on-boarding of new contracts and support active customers by taking ownership of data validation, technical scoping, and documentation to help support our growth objectives at scale.
  • Build integration: Build and manage integration with third party ERP software by writing technical engineering specs and working with engineers to oversee code deployments.
  • Process improvements: Map out and implement iterative improvements for on-boarding and customer growth processes.
Must have:
  • Collaborative mindset plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical.
  • Experience at AWS, Cloudera, Snowflake, Epic, Guidewire, or cloud SaaS Companies with heavy implementation focus.
  • Excellent project management and written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5-8 years experience in a results-focused and customer facing professional environment (e.g., early-stage startup, high-growth tech company, technical account management, IT or implementation operations).
  • Track record of structuring, owning, and leading business critical initiatives with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with large datasets in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation/integration experience in previous role(s).
  • Candidate must have experience working in implementation projects where they lead the technical scoping and project management.
  • Bias to action and enthusiasm for finding creative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Experience exceeding business goals in a customer focused environment, with an emphasis on timeliness and organization.
Nice to have:
  • SQL and Python proficiency.
  • Experience working at a startup in previous role.
  • Role experience that required interaction with customers and stakeholders in a blue collar industry.
