We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fraud Analyst who shall play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our ecommerce marketplace by detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions. You will be responsible for investigating suspicious activities, implementing fraud prevention strategies, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure a secure and trustworthy online environment.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies in line with the overall business strategic directions while ensuring Eneba’s stable growth.
  • Utilise advanced tools and techniques to analyze large data sets and identify patterns and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activity.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on fraud trends, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize fraud management processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as finance, customer support, product development, marketing, etc. to address fraudrelated challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Perform adhoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decisionmaking.

  • Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in fraud detection and prevention roles, preferably in the gaming or ecommerce industry.
  • Experience with topup products, like gift cards or emoney vouchers.
  • Good level of SQL with an ambition to improve.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex information in an easily understandable way.
  • Strong knowledge of fraud detection and prevention methods and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to operate in an uncertain, fastpaced environment where priorities might change.
