About P3 Information Technologies (Unit Group's Outstaffing Arm):
P3 specializes in providing remote, top-tier technical talent to global clients, primarily from Central and Eastern Europe. As the outstaffing arm of Unit Group (an international IT Services and Investment House), P3 is focused on helping businesses expand their teams effectively with skilled remote IT & R&D professionals. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts and Business Development Manager with a strong background in outstaffing to join our team.

Role Overview:
This role is a balanced split between account management and business development, perfect for a proactive professional experienced in outstaffing. The ideal candidate will focus on maintaining client satisfaction and developing new business opportunities. Strong English skills are essential, with no requirement for Hebrew.

Accounts Management (50%)

  • Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, managing their accounts and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process and address client inquiries to maintain satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment Team and other stakeholders to ensure effective and timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Regularly monitor account performance, providing insights and updates to clients and recommending service adjustments as needed.
  • Identify additional service opportunities within existing accounts to grow client partnerships.

Business Development (50%)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding P3’s outstaffing services.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on outstaffing trends and client needs.
  • Develop a network of industry contacts and prospective clients to drive business growth.


Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant outstaffing account management or business development role working with Israeli, EU or US clients only.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Russian/Ukrsainian  - big advantage
  • Outstaffing Expertise: Proven experience in outstaffing, with an understanding of client management and service delivery
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development Knowledge: Skills in identifying leads, researching markets, and developing sales strategies.
  • Proactive Mindset: A strong sense of initiative, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
