Job description

Summary
Innatera is entering a stage of strategic commercial expansion globally, and we’re looking for an Account Executive & Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth from the ground up. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while also building the foundational BD muscle: lead generation, early partner conversations, and GTM feedback. This is a highimpact, highautonomy role suited for a commercially driven individual with strong execution skills and curiosity for deep tech. You’ll work directly with executive leadership and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering.
We will trust you with:
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close;

  • Research and generate leads in relevant verticals (e.g., sensor systems, edge AI, semiconductors);

  • Qualify prospects and align ICP with evolving GTM strategy;

  • Maintain market intelligence on competitors, partnerships, and emerging opportunities;

  • Manage and prioritise pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or similar);

  • Lead prospect calls and adapt messaging for technical and business audiences;

  • Prepare commercial offers, deal structures, and NDAsMSAs;

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align outreach with GTM materials and roadmap;

  • Track customer progress through the funnel and ensure a strong handoff to onboardingCS;

  • Represent Innatera at events, webinars, and customer meetings;

  • Execute cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, event followups);

  • Develop and test messaging, pitch frameworks, and sales playbooks.

    • Your experience includes:
      • 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development or hybrid roles;

      • Experience owning a full sales cycle in a technical or emerging tech industry, preferably edge devices or sensors market;

      • Ability to explain complex products simply and credibly to multiple stakeholders;

      • Strong writtenverbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills;

      • Handson with CRM tools, outbound tools, and pipeline management;

      • Selfstarter with a bias for action and comfort in fastmoving environments.

        • Nice to have:

          • Experience in sales or business development roles within the semiconductor industry;

          • Experience in sales with embedded systems, or neuromorphicedge AI markets.
