Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Account Manager Research Business covering North of Sweden and Finland who’s more “let’s go” than “let’s email.” Someone who loves science but prefers people over pipettes. If youre passionate about science, naturally curious, and thrive when youre out meeting people and building relationships, rather than staring at spreadsheets, then we think youll love this role. The mission:

  • Drive sales activities across your territory.
  • Connect with researchers and clinicians working in cell therapy and immunology.
  • Be the goto person for Miltenyi’s innovative instruments and reagents.
  • You’ll spend a significant part of your time visiting customers—building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and supporting them with tailored solutions that help them do better science, faster.
  • Travel with overnight stays around 30 days per year. Being on the road in the Stockholm area for the main time of your week.
    • Collaborate with a team of experts who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and always ready to lend a hand (or a laugh).

      Qualifications

      Here’s what we imagine you’re like:

      • A solid scientific background, ideally in immunology, cell biology, or a related field is a must. You’ll be having indepth conversations with researchers, so being able to navigate complex scientific topics with confidence is key to earning their trust and offering real value.
      • Selfstarting and resultsdriven. You like to try new things and find smart ways to bring value to your customers. You’d rather lead the way than wait for instructions.
      • You love science but those solo days at the bench? A bit too quiet for you you are more excited about customer meetings than calendar invites.
      • You believe trust and relationships close more deals than slide decks. You bring honesty, integrity, and the stamina to build lasting relationships and follow through, even when the going gets tough.
      • Happy to collaborate, but confident working independently. You are empathetic and curious.
      • Oh, and you’re probably pretty good at Scrabble, in English, Finish, or Swedish. Maybe even all three.
