Role

Aman is seeking a Client Engagement Officer, to be based in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional Director of Residences, Asia. The role involves providing personalized, discreet service to clients while supporting the sales team and ensuring the gallery’s operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing client engagements, maintaining the gallery’s ambiance, assisting with events, and supporting administrative tasks to uphold Aman’s standards of luxury and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect Aman’s commitment to elegance, discretion, and seamless luxury service.
  • Manage scheduling, greeting, and concierge-style coordination for client visits and sales appointments.
  • Anticipate client needs, arranging amenities, refreshments, gifts, transport, or special requests.
  • Support the sales team by managing client information, booking appointments, and preparing meeting materials and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for consistent follow-up and CRM updates.
  • Assist with post-visit communications, lead tracking, and relationship continuity.
  • Maintain the sales gallery’s ambience, ensuring a pristine, elegant, and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate with teams to uphold cleanliness, lighting, scenting, and floral arrangements in the gallery.
  • Assist in event coordination and provide on-the-ground support during high-profile events and VIP viewings.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, premium real estate, concierge, or client-facing roles in high-net-worth environments.
  • Deep understanding of ultra-luxury client service, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required (Mandarin or Japanese is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in administrative systems including PowerPoint MS Office and Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
