The Role
Are you ready to be more than a meeting setter? Do you want to be the driving force behind outbound growth and a key part of Antavo’s gotomarket strategy? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career.
We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This is not your average BDR role — at Antavo, our BDRs are strategic operators who sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. Working with 70% inbound leads and 30% outbound, you’ll be responsible for identifying highpotential accounts, executing multitouch accountbased outreach, qualifying leads through intelligent discovery, and helping reactivate dormant demand.
Success in this role depends on mindset, determination, and ownership. We value people who work around blockers, think creatively, and take initiative. You won’t just follow a playbook — you’ll help build it.
