What does a Relationship Manager, Retail do at Fiserv?

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the main point of contact and information resource for our clients, as well as for sales support, marketing, and management, regarding ongoing operations. You will develop and implement account plans that effectively drive incremental Fiserv revenue through the creation of profitable deal structures and the establishment of innovative partnerships. You will collaborate closely with large retail clients, managing merchant products and solutions across various areas including Acquiring, EncryptionTokenization, Debit Routing, Fraud Mitigation, Gift Card Solutions, Biller Product offerings, Output Solutions, and Omnichannel solutions. Your effective management of these client relationships and product portfolios will significantly contribute to Fiserv’s growth and success.
