Schedule:

      Job Description

      This role offers the perfect opportunity to support a multifaceted entrepreneur in managing their diverse business ventures across publishing, podcasting, and social media. You’ll be working with someone who already has established systems and tools in place but needs dedicated support to maximize efficiency and engagement. Starting parttime with strong potential for growth, you’ll handle everything from social media community management to travel coordination, with the flexibility to work across international time zones. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to the success of multiple exciting business streams while developing their skills in digital marketing, content support, and executive assistance.

      Responsibilities
      • Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate meetings across multiple business ventures and social engagements
      • Provide rapid social media community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly (currently delayed 67 hours)
      • Conduct strategic outreach via email and LinkedIn to connect with potential contacts and generate valuable business leads
      • Handle travel arrangements including conference bookings, accommodations, and international travel coordination
      • Provide editing and administrative support for ongoing book writing and publishing projects
      • Manage general administrative tasks across multiple business ventures and platforms
      • Handle sensitive financial transactions including booking purchases and conference registrations
      • Support podcast coordination for both hosting and guest appearances
      • Assist with event organization and social meeting coordination
        • Requirements
          • Proven experience with social media platforms and community management
          • Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach and engagement activities
          • Proficiency with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook) and social media scheduling tools like Loomly
          • Ability to work effectively across different time zones, particularly Hong Kong and UK hours
          • Trustworthy and reliable personality for handling sensitive financial information and payment methods
          • Strong administrative experience including calendar management and complex travel coordination
          • Detailoriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
          • Experience supporting executives or entrepreneurs in fastpaced, multiventure environments
          • Comfortable with international business operations and crosscultural communication
