Job description

This is a remote position.

A European fertility sector leader is rolling out a new digital suite comprising a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to unify and elevate the patient experience, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain compliance across its clinics.

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant (CRM & EMR) to join our team in the Spain & Italy region. You will play a vital role in successfully deploying these systems and enabling transformation in clinical and administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Work alongside the Project Manager to deliver onsite and remote implementations of the CRM and EMR systems across clinics in Spain and Italy, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and budget

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clinic managers, healthcare professionals, and central departments (Operations, IT, Clinical, Finance, Marketing) to align expectations and drive engagement

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Demonstrate the digital suite to clinic teams, analyze current processes, identify system gaps, and document requirements for localized configurations

  • Configuration & Testing: Configure systems to meet clinic needs, support user acceptance testing (UAT), resolve issues, and ensure golive readiness

  • Training & Change Management: Support trainers with user training delivery, contribute to user guides, and facilitate system adoption across diverse user groups

  • Data Migration & Validation: Coordinate with the central data team to ensure legacy data is accurately migrated, validated, and issues are resolved

  • PostGoLive Support: Provide operational hypercare and ongoing support to address postlaunch challenges and ensure smooth transitions



    • Requirements
      • 3–5 years experience in implementation consulting or digital product delivery, ideally in healthcare, clinical systems, or CRM environments

      • Practical experience with CRM (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics) andor EMR systems (e.g., eBase, VRepro, Filemaker)

      • Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows

      • Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders

      • Strong problemsolving and organizational skills

      • Fluency in Spanish and English

        • Preferred Qualifications
          • Additional European language: Italian

          • Degree or certification in Business, IT, Healthcare, or Education

          • Experience in multisite healthcare environments

          • Background in rollups or M&A environments
