Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven hematology account manager to join ADCT’s Field Sales team, calling on the major academic institutions, including OSU, University of Michigan, Karmanos and Henry Ford, in Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Northeast Indiana.

The Associate Director of Strategic Accounts (ADSA) will report to the Sr Area Business Director and will lead a team of 1 Hematology Therapeutic Specialist (HTS) who is primarily focused on community pullthrough. The geographic region being managed by the ADSA includes Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Northeast Indiana. ADSA responsibilities include the direct management of HTSs, region strategy and execution, account management, crossfunctional collaboration, engagement of key thought leaders, and education of account stakeholders on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA. This person will leverage approved resources and work with the crossfunctional ADC Therapeutics team to educate and support the customer to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTA.


What You’ll Do:

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Meet or exceed business objectives within our compliance framework

• Establish partnership with key stakeholders within accounts and serve as the singlepoint of contact within the account for ADC Therapeutics

• Full people management responsibilities for their team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists

• Develop an understanding of accounts and perceptionsentiment towards ZYNLONTA

• Develop robust account plans for each key account and collaborate across the organization to execute on plans

• Will serve as a playercoach for area business including performance of their own accounts as well as managing the performance of their Hematology Therapeutic Specialists

• Be an expert on the clinical profile of ZYNLONYA and clearly articulate the value proposition to key stakeholders

• Utilize approved materials and resources to drive awareness and advocacy for ZYNLONTA

• Understand mapping of physicians and key stakeholders within each account to best drive advocacy for ZYNLONTA

• Partner with appropriate stakeholders within accounts to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTA including office staff, pharmacists, business managers, etc., and triaging requests compliantly

• Participate in account reviews and business reviews with the crossfunctional ADCT team

Who You Are:

Job Requirements:

• Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

• 7+ years in the PharmaceuticalBiotechMedical Device industry preferred

• OncologyHematology experience is preferred

• Experience with buy and bill products is preferred

• Account management experience

• People management experience preferred – but not required

• Outstanding communication, listening skills, collaboration, business acumen, followthrough, and ability to influence

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to a changing and complex environment

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to comply with credentialing.

• Travel expectation: On average in your territory 4 daysweek and as needed for conference coverage.

• Must be able to travel as necessary which may include weekend travel for congresses.
