Minimum of four years of experience in the stop loss group health industry., Proven experience as an Account Manager, Underwriter, or similar role in insurance or risk management., Strong knowledge of stop loss and risk management products and industry practices., Life and Health License required..

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts and build trusted relationships.
  • Lead the account renewal process from review to negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop renewal strategies and ensure client retention.
  • Lead and manage the RFP process, developing proposals and improving procedures.

This role is responsible for managing key stop loss client accounts, nurturing strong and trusted relationships, overseeing the account renewal process, and leading Request for Proposal (RFP) activities. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, underwriting, and claims team to develop renewal strategies and ensure client retention. Serve as a stop loss subject matter expert for Account Management team and the organization.
