Job description

Day Translations is a global leader in language and localization services—and we're looking for a highly creative, brand-focused Marketing Manager who can think outside the box and bring our story to life across digital platforms.

You’ll be the visionary voice of our brand—while also aligning with performance goals, coordinating with sales, and keeping our message consistent across all channels.


 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Brand Identity & Storytelling: Shape and evolve the Day Translations brand. Develop visual and written campaigns that are emotionally resonant, globally relevant, and unforgettable
  • Create Compelling Content & Campaigns: Ideate, script, and execute high-impact creative for social media, display ads, video, landing pages, and more
  • Own Social Media & Visual Voice: Build a captivating presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other platforms with scroll-stopping, authentic content
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, PPC, and design teams to ensure messaging is aligned with business goals while staying visually strong and emotionally consistent
  • Drive Customer Retention with Creativity: Design engaging loyalty, reactivation, and brand affinity campaigns that keep clients coming back
  • Track Creative Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to measure what’s working—and iterate with data-backed intuition
  • Launch Bold, Beautiful Marketing Plans: From concept to campaign, you’ll lead the way in crafting unique, high-ROI marketing initiatives that resonate with multilingual, multicultural audiences. 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative marketing, brand management, or digital storytelling roles.
  • Proven track record of leading successful campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
  • Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, multilingual environment is a strong plus.
  • Passion for languages, culture, and global communication.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
