The Tyvek® Garments business within DuPont is the market leader in chemical protection clothing including diverse applications in the industrial, life sciences, and emergency response sectors. The business operates a forward-integrated business model providing finished-product apparel to end-users through a broad distribution network. The product portfolio is wide-ranging and includes leading industry brands such as Tyvek®, Tychem® and ProShield®. The strategic focus for the Tyvek® Garments business is on growth via innovation and commercial excellence.
The Asia Pacific Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) for Tyvek® Garments is responsible for driving growth in the region by tailoring and prioritizing the marketing mix to optimize business results. The RMM’s primary objective for the Garments business is the development and deployment of marketing initiatives that provide the most impact and growth above the natural trajectory of the business. The RMM also serves as the region’s main point-person for the cross-functional business team to ensure collective achievement of shared business objectives.
This role requires a candidate with B2B finished product marketing experience and an understanding of industrial distribution channels. It is also important that the candidate be comfortable identifying regional and sub-regional market trends and charting appropriate courses of action. The candidate is expected to have a strong external focus with the ability to represent the Tyvek® Garments business to a broad industry network.
