EMEA Channel Sales Development Representative 

 

Flare is a breakout cybersecurity Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with a mission to empower organizations to take control of their data and protect their customers, employees and brand by shedding light on external threats. Our platform dynamically maps an organization’s digital footprint to reduce leaks and enable rapid remediation of risk events that could be leveraged by malicious actors. 

TL;DR: We are a bunch of nerds who help protect our clients' data (and people in their network) by locating cyber risks.

But if you love booking meetings,  building pipelines of new business, attending  industry events and working with Channel partners , consider spending your waking hours as a Channel Sales Development Representative; working closely with our Sales and Channel team!  We’re growing quickly and looking for you to join us on our mission! 



Your purpose and impact:

  • Create an unforgettable first impression with our prospects
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities though high activity, outbound prospecting including calling, emailing and social (LinkedIn) to cybersecurity decision makers in mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Exceed monthly targets by setting qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Channel reps and Account Executives to build a territory plan, to include Marketing initiatives to build and test new ways to connect with decision makers
  • Attending and working our booth at EMEA based Events representing Flare and our key Channel Partners- this will require regular travel throughout EMEA!
  • Establish Close relationships with key Channel Partners to help them generate leads


You’ll be a perfect fit if:

  • You have relevant experience and a proven track record prospecting and booking meetings for Account Executives in a SaaS environment. This ain’t your first rodeo.
  • You love working with channel partners and have a passion for developing Channel strategies
  • You enjoy meeting new people (there will be lots of them).
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment. Building the plane as it’s flying.
  • You lead with curiosity and empathy in all of your interactions. You give a hoot about your prospects and colleagues (a lot of hoots, actually).
  • You are driven to build and test new methods to generate pipeline 
  • You are not a lone star; you seek to collaborate with and learn from others.
  • You thrive on feedback and are motivated to hone your craft. Radical candor is your jam.
  • You have an entreperneurial instinct; you’re keen to roll up your sleeves and make improvements.

  • French as a second language would be a big plus!
