Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day to engage with dental practices across the UK.
Book online software demonstrations for the UK-based sales team.
Follow up with contacts to confirm demo attendance and ensure a seamless experience.
Use CRM systems and provided databases effectively, leveraging insights to personalize outreach.
Participate in weekly product feedback catch-ups with the product development team.
Represent the company at dental events and award ceremonies when required.
Requirements:
Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience (ideally with a tech or SaaS product).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A resilient, go-getter attitude—able to handle rejection and bounce back stronger.
Polished phone manner and first-rate customer service skills.
Confident, personable, and great with people—our client’s reputation is built on trust.
Computer literate, with bonus points for experience using CMS platforms like WordPress.
Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running.
A “can-do” attitude, always looking for ways to succeed.
A strong drive to hit and exceed KPIs (e.g., number of demos booked weekly).
