Job description

đź‘‹ Who are we?

Nordhealth’s mission is to build software that improves the daily lives of healthcare professionals. We build software that empowers veterinary and therapy professionals to provide the best possible care experiences to their patients. Our products are used daily by over 50,000 professionals in clinics and hospitals across 30+ countries. We excel with 20+ years of experience in healthcare and veterinary software.

We understand that talent comes from everywhere and anywhere. The greater our diversity, the better the products we deliver. That’s why we are a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with all 400+ employees working either remotely or from collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in our other markets too, especially in Europe and North America (more at our website nordhealth.com.)

About the role

We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.

We’re looking for a founder-mode Country Manager to take Nordhealth’s Danish business from 15–20% market share to 60–70% in 2 years. The rocket fuel is ready: dedicated product, engineering and marketing support already earmarked. Now we need a single-threaded owner to turn that investment into impact.

You’ll lead Terapeut Booking’s growth across Denmark; driving new business, expanding key accounts, and building strategic partnerships that generate demand at scale. This role reports directly to the CEO.

For this role, the key measure of success is our ARR growth.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Manage and grow our DK sales team (currently 2 reps)

  • Work hand-in-hand with local marketing and support

  • Partner closely with HQ across product, ops and GTM

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. Your mission:

  • Own growth: Drive new sales through smart outbound and inbound strategies. Experiment, iterate, win.

  • Grow big accounts: Expand relationships and upsell our AI tools into existing customer base.

  • Build alliances: Deepen ties with healthcare associations and unions to drive brand visibility and leads.

  • Fuel awareness: Lead the field marketing motion—webinars, referrals, testimonials, events.

In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

  • Founder-level ownership—you treat the mission like it’s yours (because it is)

  • Hustle and creativity—you find angles others miss

  • Recent startup or scale-up experience

  • Strong collaboration muscle—you’re a magnet for support and momentum

This is a high-autonomy, high-velocity role. You’ll shape the next phase of a Nordic category leader.

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎

In addition, we offer:

  • The chance to work in a meaningful industry and in a fast-growing, global company on a path to changing digital healthcare

  • Competitive compensation and benefits that include base salary, sales bonus and equity

  • Learning and professional growth opportunities

  • The tools you need, and enjoy using

If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
