Marketing Manager

Join a fast growing Health Care startup with over 400+ locations in the United States working on scaling men's health practices.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid channels.

  • Own and update a 30-day content calendar that aligns messaging, creative, and launch dates.

  • Keep corporate social accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X) active, on-brand, and audience-focused.

  • Design basic graphics and short-form videos using Canva, Figma, or CapCut; brief external creatives as needed.

  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot (or HighLevel) and connect data via Zapier/Make.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure lead-handoff processes are clear and documented.

  • Track performance in Excel/Google Sheets and present actionable insights to leadership.

  • Coordinate with regional sales teams in Latin America, providing concise playbooks and localized assets.

Must-Have Experience
  • 3–5 years in a hands-on marketing role using a modern CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, paid).

  • Proficiency building automation workflows in Zapier or Make.

  • Portfolio showing at least two examples of self-created graphics or short videos.

  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick analysis and reporting.

  • Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Nice to Have
  • Agency background juggling multiple brands or client accounts.

  • Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.).

  • Basic HTML/CSS for email template tweaks.

  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing or talent-sourcing initiatives.

  • Launch an automated email + SMS nurture sequence achieving ≥ 20 % open rate and ≤ 1 % unsubscribes.
