Job Description:

   

This position is highly strategic in nature. While experience in finance is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement, and the same applies to prior exposure within GEO or BU organizations.

The ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional organizational skills and be able to both design effective strategies and see them through to execution. Comfort with navigating ambiguity is essential. This role involves developing and prioritizing both short- and long-term improvement strategies aimed at enhancing and advancing FP&A performance.

Responsibilities

 Enhances FP&A process performance by conducting assessments, analyzing data, and leveraging market trends and technology advancements. Manages all  improvement initiatives for Enterprise FP&A and tracks outcomes against business case.

  • Conduct process assessments and analyze data to identify process performance and improvement areas
  • Leverage industry best practice to inform and enhance strategy
  • Responsible for initial prioritization from the portfolio of improvement initiatives – roadmap, timeline
  • Manage the initiative roadmap, ensuring all dependencies are identified and addressed
  • Work with the multiple implementation teams including the Data & Technology team to implement process enhancements
  • Manage team performance, set expectations and timelines, provide regular feedback and hands-on guidance
  • Oversee and ensure outcomes against the business case

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
  • Typically 10+ years of experience in a finance function.
  • Typically 2+ years of supervisory and/or leading a project team experience.

USD Annual Salary: $130,500.00 - $300,000.00
