Job Description Location - Remote within USA Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Architect Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Integration Architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Design and Implementation:
Architect, design, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, REST APIs, and legacy systems).
Develop custom APIs and leverage ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and other tools for efficient data exchange.
Solution Architecture:
Analyze business requirements to design ServiceNow solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Develop comprehensive architecture documents, technical designs, and workflows for integrations.
Hands-On Development:
Write and review complex scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
