About the Role: 


We are seeking a talented CRM Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving retention and engagement within our offerings. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven campaigns, developing engaging content, and ensuring the overall success of our CRM strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute daily campaigns and manage customer communication across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site) to drive engagement and retention, in alignment with the Head of CRM's guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the CRM operations team to create effective campaign briefs.
  • Serve as the creative counterpart for the CRM team, ensuring that promotions are relevant, engaging, and align with our business objectives.
  • Generate innovative concepts to enhance customer retention.
  • Implement a reward strategy that maximises customer retention and encourages return visits.
  • Utilise CRM systems and tools to ensure flawless delivery for all customer segments.
  • Conduct thorough testing of campaigns before presenting them to customers.
  • Work closely with the Central team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Measure campaign performance and provide feedback to the Head of CRM.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to accelerate learning and apply key insights.
  • Ensure seamless customer journeys, with functional hyperlinks and zero errors.
  • Collaborate with content creators to maintain the site, highlighting relevant events and offerings for easy customer navigation.
  • Fulfil any additional duties assigned by the Head of CRM.

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing/CRM marketing team (experience in a similar role would be beneficial).
  • Exposure to optimising CRM techniques, segmentation, and campaign planning is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with a curious mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A strong work ethic, being organised and highly motivated, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on evolving tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, enabling accurate work within fast-paced guidelines and requests.
  • Knowledge of Customer.io.
  • A keen interest in marketing, content creation, copywriting, and communications.
  • Proactive attitude towards driving continuous improvement, embracing challenges, and seizing opportunities.
  • Self-motivation with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and energy to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM strategies (essential).
  • Experience in working with a tech-forward or innovative brand (strong advantage).
