    • 🤝 Negotiate payment arrangements with care and empathy
    • 💸 Support customers in funding their accounts
    • 📚 Explain the company's protection policies (when applicable)
    • 🧾 Advise on how to manage transactions and funding
  • 🛠️ Problem Solving & Follow-Up
    • 🔍 Investigate and resolve collections-related inquiries
    • 📆 Arrange convenient call-backs
    • 🔁 Transfer customers to the right teams when needed
    • 📝 Document call outcomes in internal systems for team reference
  • 💗 Supporting Sensitive Situations
    • 🛡️ Tag and support vulnerable customers
