We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts, identifying and engaging potential clients to set the stage for successful partnerships.

Requirements

What you'll do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team by understanding client needs and articulating the value of SalesCaptain’s services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with target audience insights.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in our CRM and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Who you are ❤️‍🔥

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales outreach tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • Experience in the Tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
