Job description

This is a remote position.

Part-time (20 hours a week)
Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm  
Canada , Toronto Time Zone - EDT


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads who have inquired about drone pilot certification programs
  • Follow up with leads who have received initial information emails but haven’t booked appointments
  • Guide prospects through the sales process to close deals for $1,000 certification programs
  • Work with you to optimize and refine the sales flow and closing process
  • Handle objections and answer frequently asked questions about certification requirements and benefits
  • Process payments and registrations for the 5-day certification classes
  • Conduct follow-up calls and nurture leads through multiple touchpoints
  • Potentially assist with lead generation activities during idle time
  • Support additional business lines including car sales and financing when capacity allows

Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience with proven track record in outbound calling
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Sales experience in SaaS or tech preferred
  • Experience with B2C and B2B sales and lead conversion
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects
  • Persistent but not pushy approach to sales
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Confidence in closing sales and moving prospects through the pipeline
  • Ability to work independently and manage high call volumes

Scope:

  • Handle 455-500 leads generated weekly through marketing campaigns
  • Work with warm leads who have already shown interest in drone certification
  • Focus on converting leads for weekly 5-day certification classes
  • Potential to expand role to include car sales and financing leads
  • Opportunity to grow into lead generation activities for other business lines
  • Work closely with you to develop and refine sales processes and scripts
  • Potential for commission-based compensation structure in addition to hourly rate
