Marketplace Specialist / Growth Manager

Amazon, TikTok Shop, Allegro, Wolt…

We do things with heart – that’s why we at Aktin/Vilgain love what we create, and so do hundreds of thousands of people. Our mission is to bring the highest quality food, cosmetics, and apparel to as many people as possible – and to keep improving the world and ourselves along the way.

Now we want to take our products even further – through marketplaces that you not only know how to manage, but also build and scale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll take full ownership of our marketplace channels – Amazon, TikTok Shop, Allegro, Wolt, and others.

  • You’ll take over marketplaces that are already live, allowing our current Marketplace Specialists to focus on their priorities and reduce overload across the team.

  • You’ll work closely with our content and design team – to produce assets that sell, not just look good.

  • You’ll scout for new opportunities – and have the freedom to propose where Vilgain should go next (e.g., Walmart, Kaufland, eMag, eBay…).

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces – not via agencies, but by working directly in the platforms.

  • You know Amazon, Allegro, or another major marketplace inside out – Seller Central, Ads Manager, listing structure, A/B testing…

  • You understand what makes a product sell – and can turn any listing into a winner through content, pricing, promotions, and smart placement.

  • You’re data-driven – you track performance, analyze conversion rates, spot opportunities, and act when something’s off.

  • You think like a digital marketer – familiar with PPC basics and promotional tools across marketplaces.

  • You can design and execute a strategy – not just plan it, but launch, test, and improve it.

  • You’re fluent in English – for working with platforms, reading reports, and occasionally communicating with vendor teams or support.
