Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially within the e-commerce or online marketplace sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer resolution.
