Job Description

This is an exciting progressive sales role where you’ll start with telemarketing and surveys, then advance through lead generation to full sales closing as you develop your expertise. You’ll be connecting business owners with game-changing payment processing technology that transforms how they collect payments from customers. The role offers exceptional earning potential with performance bonuses of $200-500 per successful sale plus 100% of hardware sale profits, potentially creating six-figure equivalent earnings. You’ll work with a comprehensive CRM system featuring automated dialing, lead management, and call recording capabilities, while receiving thorough training and ongoing support in a nurturing environment that prioritizes your professional growth over rigid performance demands.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to business owners seeking payment processing solutions
  • Perform initial surveys and qualification calls to identify potential customers
  • Progress to advanced lead generation and customer needs assessment
  • Develop skills to close sales for merchant services including POS systems, e-commerce payments, and mobile payment solutions
  • Utilize state-of-the-art CRM system with automated dialer and integrated lead management
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs including video materials and live Zoom sessions
  • Attend regular office hours and check-in meetings for ongoing support and development
  • Maintain detailed customer interaction records and follow-up activities
  • Potentially source additional leads from online platforms like Yelp and business directories
  • Focus on newest integrated payment solutions for marketplace platforms and software integrations

Requirements
  • Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Enthusiasm for learning about payment processing technology and fintech solutions
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM systems and technology platforms
  • Bilingual capabilities highly valued (Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin) to serve diverse US customer base
  • Willingness to participate in mock sales calls during interview process
  • Prepared to start part-time if needed to build confidence before transitioning to full-time
  • Open to progressive skill development from telemarketing to advanced sales closing
