We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and curious Customer Support Intern to join Nexton!
In this role, you’ll support the Customer Operations team by ensuring our operational processes — like laptop procurement, background checks, and data documentation — run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help maintain data quality across systems, assist in drafting and updating process documentation, and work hand-in-hand with Analysts and Leads to keep operations tight.

Responsibilities:
Support operational processes such as laptop logistics and background check tracking
Assist in documenting procedures, FAQs, and best practices
Ensure data accuracy in internal systems like Zoho Recruit
Help create and maintain internal guides and client-facing documentation
Collaborate with Analysts and other internal teams to execute high-quality support tasks
Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and process clarity
Assist with basic data entry, tracking tasks, and internal reporting when needed
Requirements
Upper-Intermediate English level (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear written communication skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
Comfortable with remote work and using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and CRMs
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Nice to have:
Experience using Zoho Recruit or any other CRM
Basic knowledge of process mapping or data entry
Interest in tech-enabled companies or customer support/experience
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp
