This is a remote position.

About Nexton:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and curious Customer Support Intern to join Nexton!

In this role, you’ll support the Customer Operations team by ensuring our operational processes — like laptop procurement, background checks, and data documentation — run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help maintain data quality across systems, assist in drafting and updating process documentation, and work hand-in-hand with Analysts and Leads to keep operations tight.

Responsibilities:
  • Support operational processes such as laptop logistics and background check tracking
  • Assist in documenting procedures, FAQs, and best practices
  • Ensure data accuracy in internal systems like Zoho Recruit
  • Help create and maintain internal guides and client-facing documentation
  • Collaborate with Analysts and other internal teams to execute high-quality support tasks
  • Identify and suggest improvements to workflows and process clarity
  • Assist with basic data entry, tracking tasks, and internal reporting when needed


Requirements
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Comfortable with remote work and using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and CRMs
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to have:
  • Experience using Zoho Recruit or any other CRM
  • Basic knowledge of process mapping or data entry
  • Interest in tech-enabled companies or customer support/experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp
