Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong background in React to join our growing team. If you're excited about writing clean, secure, scalable code, solving complex problems, and working with a first class global engineering team — this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Frontend Development: Directly contribute to a pre-scoped system enhancement project using React, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, production-ready code.

• Code Quality & Performance: Ensure code quality, reliability, and optimal performance through diligent development and testing practices.

• Architectural Alignment: Work effectively within existing frontend architectural patterns and decisions, integrating new features seamlessly into our established software ecosystem.

• Technical Documentation: Create clear technical documentation and implementation strategies to support smooth deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into robust and intuitive user interface implementations.

• Code Reviews & Discussions: Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions, contributing to collective knowledge and ensuring delivery-focused outcomes.

• 5-8 years of professional frontend software development experience with a strong background in modern engineering practices.

• High proficiency in React is required.

• Experience with TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js is a strong plus.

• Solid command of HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks is a plus.

• Ability to quickly adapt to and work effectively within existing architectures, with a focus on consistency, maintainability, and timely delivery.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proven track record in creating clear technical documentation and implementation strategies.

• Comfortable with pragmatically evaluating solutions and applying proven patterns within defined boundaries.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.

• A proven track record of delivering production-ready software in a timely manner.

• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
   

Location: Can work from anywhere within Mexico (working from the office will be required time to time)
